When & Where

STEADY is a 2-part workshop series facilitated by Numana- Allie McFee and Nicole Marie Rose. Each workshop will be 90 minutes long, including a lecture portion and a meditative/ experiential portion.

April 11 - Numana Allie McFee – Myth Busting: The feminine is complicated. A class on the hormonal cycles of women, how to hold space for big emotions in the bedroom, and an experiential timeline healing for the Mother Wound to prevent recurring patterns within your current relationship or dating.

April 18 – Nicole Marie Rose – Myth Busting: Losing your erection is an inevitable part of aging. A class on why staying hard as you age has everything to do with how you care for yourself now, how to last longer in the bedroom, and several other secrets to masculinity that are not common locker room talk. Experiential meditation for prostate awareness, and finding the sexy sweet spot.
