Set Your Sacred Space:
- Clear your schedule (communicate to your loved ones/house mates you need privacy at this time). Creating the space is PART of this journey! It’s not always easy, but when you ask others to support you, you will be surprised how at ease you will feel in going deeper into your sensual self.
- Light candles, set out blankets, and cozy pillows. If you don’t already have a womb-cave, I recommend creating one! This is a sacred space that feels ceremonial to you that you can feel privacy and spaciousness.
- Make an elixir from my Ritual Elixirs eCookbook. Some yummy suggestions are the Hot Cacao, Aphrodite’s Love Potion or Blue Lotus tea (for psychic enhancement).
- Have pen and paper or laptop nearby to type out your intentions with the prompts at the beginning of the ceremony
- Microdose (if this is part of your practice)
