**A Coaching Agreement and Retreat Waiver Form will also be emailed to Client once joined.

1. Clicking the “check box” and signing this agreement means you agree to join this coaching container at the price discussed with no refunds. This is a sacred agreement and the journey begins once you invest in the coaching container.

2. I understand if my program package comes with the in-person retreat and I can no longer attend due to illness (with a doctor’s note), I can apply that credit to a future JFL retreat (of the same price) or private coaching with Allie, in an equal cost exchange. If the retreat is postponed or canceled and I cannot attend the rescheduled date, I will receive my retreat money back or can use as credit towards 1-1 private coaching, online group program, or a future retreat of equal cost. 

3. As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my coaching calls, including my choices and decisions. I am aware that I can choose to discontinue coaching at any time.

4. I understand that “coaching” is a Professional-Client relationship I have with my coach that is designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional or business goals and to help me develop and carry out action for achieving those goals.

5. I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, sexuality, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

6. I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

7. I promise that if I am currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that I have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of my decision to proceed with the coaching relationship.

• I understand that information will be held as confidential unless I state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.

8. I understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes.

9. I understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, nutritionist, dietician, pelvic floor therapist, massage therapist, or other qualified professionals.  I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility. If I am under care with a healthcare professional or currently use prescription medications, I agree to discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with my doctor, and will not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting my doctor. I understand coaching is not meant to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels, diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, coaching supports me in reaching my health goals by helping me devise and implement positive, and sustainable lifestyle choices. I understand the Coach is a certified Tantric Practitioner, not a licensed pelvic floor therapist. All methods shared in this course are for educational exploration and I choose to do it at my own risk. I understand any advice given by the Coach or other mentors teaching within the Juicy Feminine Leadership program are not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. 

9. I understand that there will be photos and videos taken during the LIVE calls and also photos and video will be taken onsite at the retreat and used for marketing purposes. 

10. I understand that I am responsible for my safety and well-being during this program and decisions made after this program (as well as the lives and well-being of my family and children I influence), and while onsite during the retreat portion of this program. I release Allie, Juicy Feminine Leadership Academy and mentors within the academy and all parties from liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, now against Allie or the program arising from my past or future participation in the program.
