Modern Goddess Lifestyle Coaching Agreement

WHAT YOU GET:

The ceremonies and main ritual, the Womb Clearing Method™ is a somatic, emotional release and embodiment practice guided to awaken your creative feminine energy and emotionally release any lingering trauma contributing to issues like PMS, irregular cycles and more. Enhance your sensuality, embody your wild woman, and activate life-force energy that exists within your sacral chakra. Because this work involves holistic health methods and somatic trauma release methods, we ask that you consent to the following:

1. You, the Client, understand and acknowledge that the Coach  or Womb Healers, Teachers are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, pelvic floor therapist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach or us is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. Activities being offered are NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and does not include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease or disorders, whether physical, mental, psychological or emotional. The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program. 
2. You understand that the Modern Goddess Lifestyle and Womb Clearing Ceremonies are evolving the content and experience on an ongoing basis to enhance the member journey. We reserve the right to adjust the content and structure to improve the experience.
3. You understand that you are responsible for your own experience in the community and that there will be no refunds because of a personal change in your schedule or inability to participate in the content, or personal disagreements. By signing up for event, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued. 
4. You understand the Coach, Womb Healers, Ritual Facilitators and teachers use spiritual practices to guide the practices and you understand you are not obligated to make these practices as your beliefs in order to be successful in the course journey.
5. You understand we own the rights to all content in the membership: ritual methods such as the Womb Clearing Method™, powerpoints, images, methods, brand elements, videos, trademarks, eBooks, courses guide. You agree not to violate, appropriate or plagiarize or use our property.
